We sincerely appreciate your business. However, if there are any problems once you received your product please inform us... also please recognize that Fragrances are considered personal care items. So we are unable to process returns once an item has been shipped.
If there's any defects in the first 15 days, simply notify ASP via E-mail with a picture of the defect and ship back the defected bottle, just the bottle, not the entire packaging, ASP will replace the bottle with the exact fragrance.
